WVN Afghan filmmaker Alka Sadat has been frequently featured in our newsletters and on our website for her brilliant films ”Half Value Life”and ”We Are Postmodern”.

Alka’s older sister, Roya Sadat, is also a filmmaker, and two of Roya’s films were selected for the Culture Unplugged film Festival, an online film festival that promotes consciousness about humanity and the environment.
