Daughters of Abraham Synopsis
“Daughters of Abraham” is a poetic documentary that follows the journey of two women – Palestinian-American and Israeli-American – as they commit to connecting and humanizing each other in the midst of violence and war.
About the Filmmakers
Erin Pedersen is an award-winning filmmaker in her mid-20s. She is a journalist and photographer, and teaches high school students how to create social-change documentaries. She’s traveled through five continents to capture the stories and activism of women.
Erin’s day to day is working as a Producer for Hammer Creative. In addition, she works alongside high profile clients on an annual basis such as NFL, PBS, Oscar nominees, VIP live events, and more!
Most recently Erin has created a documentary titled “Daughters of Abraham” that won the global award for women’s empowerment and religious freedom which she presented on at the United Nations. Erin also worked on a documentary titled “All Things Metal” which was accepted to the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival in NYC.
