Your Body is Yours Synopsis

How do we reclaim our bodies and grow to be comfortable in them? And accept ourselves and others even when we’re not? Our short documentary, “Your Body is Yours”, delves into society’s current standards of beauty and explores the coexistence of body autonomy and positivity.

We hope this film empowers women and non-binary people to incorporate both bodily autonomy and positivity into their lives, and encourages us all to examine the damage that beauty standards cause.
